dear diary...: want to jot a quick note to yourself? want to write a little journal entry that no one else can see? when you post a blog, you can set the security to limit viewers to only you. your searches will still scan through, so it works just like any other blog. except no one else can see it!
comments in the recent activity: if you don't want to see all the small comments in your recent activity, you can opt to hide comments in your settings
i am a crumpler. i don't trust folders.
if "peter pan" had been written around now, they wouldn't have said a fairy dies every time someone says they don't believe in fairies." they would have said "some good in this world dies every time someone uses internet explorer." there are few things that aggravate me more than microsoft internet explorer. i try really hard not to judge people, but if you use IE, i can't help it. please start using a real browser
for some reason, i really like being near huge bodies of water. i'm really not sure why, but i feel much more comfortable if there's a lake or a river nearby, even if it's a half a mile away
related posts: be sure to tag your posts! tagging your posts will not only give viewers a good idea of what it's about before they read it, but it will also make "related posts" more accurate. this way, someone reading your last post about pixar's new movie, tagged with pixar, will see a suggestion to read your post from last year about wall-e!
abstract: the abstract section of blogs is also good to let people know if they shouldn't read your post. so if you post about the end of harry potter VI, people won't read the blog until after they've seen it!
