THE Lowly Peon

you can't always get what you want
04 March 2008, 9:16am

as most of you know, i've now enabled the use of foreign services on my beloved phone. currently, i am using the china mobile SIM provided to me by my company. i just learned that i can use any TWO of the following three services:SMS text messagingvoice, including free (less than 1cent/min) international callsdata, for use with emails, internet, and being happy so, in the words of nick drake, which will you go for? which will you love? which will you choose now, from the list above? ...but if you try, sometimes, you get what you need. i couldn't decide. so i'm getting my own china mobile SIM, and will have to carry this one around for calls to the states. sorry, guys. i need my data. [update 2008-03-05 120:50am] this new plan i'm getting is amazing! for US$4/mo, i get 400 minutes, 80MB, and calls to the US are about 13cents/min. SMS text messages are about a penny each! amazing!
