i went for a run yesterday for the first time in weeks. i've been real tired lately from traveling, etc, so it was hard to work up the energy/courage to run. i was clear sailing until the fourth mile, when i crashed, but it still felt great. listened to "in rainbows", just like the ol' days when i ran every day.
then i had a delicious dinner, complete with soup, vegetables, tofu, eggs, and some tea. then, after watching the 1989 tim burton 'batman', i had a beer. and oh man! it was delicious! it was a local brew from california (acme). not sure why the super market in hangzhou has it, but i won't ask questions! it made my night!
and now, in the morning, i feel great! moral of this story: exercising feels great even the day after!
