A long while ago, I started to revamp petercompernolle.com (you can see the current rendition at beta.petercompernolle.com), and then around Christmas time, life happened, and I haven't really worked on it since.
This is depressing. I live for my projects, but I never seem to finish them. Even avalantern hasn't really received any updates in ages. (Yes, I know that the "more" link and the "register" stuff and all those other features are still dead.)
simonite sent me a link of a site that he's working on (it's in beta, so I won't link to it unless he wants me to). It's really good. Then I looked at my site to compare, and just got mopey.
So hear this: I'm going to try to finish my site, petercompernolle.com. I'm not going to make it super fancy until I've got a functioning live version up. I've spent way too much time trying to make my photo gallery the most amazingest photo gallery ever, when really all I need is something simple.
Here goes!
