Well, someone stole my idea and made it probably way better than I ever could have.
For those of you who use macs (most of you — in fact, all except saulemander, i think), you may have come across a common function for changing hidden preferences. You open up Terminal.app, and throw some command in there that looks like defaults write com.Apple.Finder SomeValue TRUE or something similar.
I have, for a while now, wanted to put together some kind of app that would compile all of these and make them easy to execute.
Well, Blacktree, makers of Quicksilver, has. And it looks awesome.
if you try this out, remember to be careful. these prefs are sometimes hidden for a reason. they're not all simple things like turning on animations or something. sometimes they could mess up your computer. so use caution.
