Great documentary-ish video of one of the greatest bands of all time.
I started to get a bit emotional when they showed parts of their last show, and all the people going nuts for them. It also brought me back to when I lived and died by them. Come to think of it, my first ever CD that I owned was Siamese Dream, on my top five albums. It was a gift that I left on my shelf for ages because it was too noisy. Then I got a hankering for that "killer in me is the killer in you" song. And fell in love with the album. I remember listening to it in the car with my mom driving, and constantly having to fast forward because it was too noisy. Man, apparently I was a real badass when I was, what, 10 years old?
I also love the Simpsons clips they show.
Worth watching if you've got a minute. The whole video is about 40 minutes. For those of you who don't want to buffer the whole thing (because you live behind the great firewall of China, perhaps), you can download the vide directly here.
(For those of you who don't know, I was at their last show. And I know the drummer that replaced Chamberlin when he got addicted to heroin. Which makes me, by the transitive property, awesome.)
(via WJerome, who knows the XRT guy they interview a bunch of times in the video, and thus is also cool by the transitive property)
