Sometimes i really enjoy reading the New Yorker. This article is about a guy who decided to spend more energy on the patients who use the most money for medical care, arguing that the current system is set up more for the average. One analogy I appreciated from the narrator was that our clinic/ER system is like showing up to a complicated construction project with nothing but a screwdriver and a crane.
